In 2011 Institute Lutra also performed workshops in a framework of project Povodni mož v šoli (Water sprite in school) that was co-financed by City of Ljubljana. Since topics of majority of these workshops were biodiversity and water, we included a short presentation of Aquaviva project in workshops. In this way more than 300 pupils from six different schools got acquainted with the project.

Primary school Luis Adamič Grospulje invited us to held a workshop for 7th grade pupiles. The topic was "Biodiversity of freshwaters". We performed the workshops on 16th and 23rd November 2011 in CŠOD Vojsko, where pupils had Nature class. With this workshop pupils got familiar with the term "biodiversity" and tried to evaluate the state of nearby stream Gačnik. With the otter, ambassador of biodiversity, we learned about modern threats, causing decrease of biodiversity. Pictures from workshops are available in the gallery.
