Biodiversity in the city centre

In the following days residents and visitors of Ljubljana city will get a chance to learn about freshwater biodiversity. Project Aquaviva will be present at two events, taking place in the city centre.
First look through the stereo microscope will be possible already on Thursday, 26th September 2013, when Institute Lutra will present itself and its projects on all-slovenian NGO festival LUPA. Most lively and diverse stand will be set on Stritarjeva ulica along with a workshop, where children will be able to make their own otters and beavers. You can visit us from 11 am to 7.30 pm.
Next opportunity to learn about diverse freshwater life will be on first Saturday in October, 5th October 2013, on Kongresni trg. We will join organization Zavod Enostavno Prijatelji that is organizing a special even in Child Week. By organizing Friendship day the organization will celebrate its 5th birthday. You can visit our stand and other activities from 10 am to 6 pm.
